Something went wrong? Did you order the wrong size or the wrong color? Don't worry — we have you covered!
The product can be returned unused and in its original packaging up to 20 days after receipt of the order. The item will be replaced with any other size, color, or model of the same value.

- If you would like to exchange an item, you are responsible for the return delivery cost back to us. We cover the cost of sending the replacement.
- If you receive a refund, original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are returning an item due to an error on our end, you will receive a full credit for the shipping cost.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If shipping an item over $100 USD, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once we receive your returned parcel, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
