If you’re returning an item because it’s not to your liking or you’d like a different option, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We’ll cover the delivery cost of the replacement item we send back to you.
If a refund is issued, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
For items valued over $100 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — delivery times will vary by location.
Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, your refund will be processed promptly using the same payment method as your original transaction.
We take great pride in the quality of our handmade products. However, as everything is crafted by hand, the rare imperfection can occasionally slip through.
