How to return an item

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right — wrong size, wrong colour, or simply not what you expected — we’re here to help.

Items may be returned unused and in original packaging within 20 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace it with any size, colour, or model of equal value.

Shipping costs

If you’re returning an item because it’s not to your liking or you’d like a different option, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We’ll cover the delivery cost of the replacement item we send back to you.


If a refund is issued, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exception If the return is due to an error on our end, we will fully cover all shipping costs.

For items valued over $100 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — delivery times will vary by location.

Receiving your refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, your refund will be processed promptly using the same payment method as your original transaction.

Faulty or incorrect item

We take great pride in the quality of our handmade products. However, as everything is crafted by hand, the rare imperfection can occasionally slip through.

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before sending anything back. Our team will guide you through the process and make it right.
