Dispatch & Delivery

Standard orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched five days a week.

Standard International Shipping: 2–4 weeks (up to 6 weeks possible)

Shipping & Taxes

Only local VAT applies — no additional duties for EU or USA customers. Charges may vary by country.

All overseas customers are responsible for any customs and import duty charges that may apply. Not all deliveries will incur these fees.

Returns & Exchanges
Return window: 60 days from order placement. Items must be in original, unwashed condition.

How to return: Fill out the return form (included with your invoice or available online) and include your name, email, order number, and reason for return. Choose whether you'd like an exchange, refund, or store credit.


Shipping costs: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is wrong or damaged. We cover replacement shipping for exchanges. Original shipping is non-refundable for refunds.

Exception If the return is due to an error on our end or a damaged item, we reimburse return shipping and will replace or refund the item plus issue a coupon.

Processing time: usually 1–2 weeks after we receive the return. If your chosen exchange item is out of stock, you'll receive store credit instead.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse a delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any import fees incurred. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
